Terry Eugene Dawson

Terry Eugene Dawson, age 58, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was born February 6, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Paul and Mabel (Schrader) Dawson. He was a 1976 graduate of Grove City High School and retired from Jackson Township Road Department with 30 years of service. He was a Hot Rod enthusiast, avid pinball game lover, hunter, and diehard Ohio State Buckeye fan. His family and friends were very important to him and he was loved by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Dawson. Terry is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Dawson; sons, Shane (Ashley Gussler) Cook, Craig Cook, and Jeremy Cook; “the loves of his life”, his grandchildren who called him “Pa”, Addison Marie and Zane Michael; brothers, Ronnie (Kelly) Dawson and Richard (Amy) Dawson; sister in law, Jean Dawson; sister in law and brother in law, Cindy (Bill) Siders; mother in law, Peggy Keller; nieces and nephews, Abby, Emily, Brandon, Tyler, Chad (Emily) and Addisyn, Michelle (Jon), Ayden, Katelynn, and many more; beloved dog, Brittany; and many close friends. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City where the funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday.
