Thomas James Conway

Thomas J. Conway, age 91, of Upper Arlington, passed away on January 9, 2017. Tom is survived by his wife of 65 years, Margaret Conway; sons, Kevin M. Conway, Daniel R. Conway (Robin); daughter, Mary H. Conway; and grandchildren, Halley Hoffman, Eric Conway and Tori Conway. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marie S. Conway; father, Thomas J. Conway; daughter, Anne Marie Conway; sister, Kathryn Gaudette; brother, James M. Conway; and daughter-in-law, Susan Conway. Tom was born on January 28, 1925 in Chicago, IL. He served in the Army Air Force during WWII as a Navigator and was held as a prisoner of war. Tom graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from Indiana University. He was a partner of Herbert & Conway. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 4-7 pm at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, OH 43221. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Agatha Catholic Church, 1860 Northam Road, Columbus, OH 43221; Fr. Daniel Ochs celebrant.
