Thomas Franklin “Tommy” Courtright, age 73, of Columbus, died Sunday, January 29, 2017 at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and formerly worked as a barber and a tool and die maker. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ethelyn; father, John; step-father, Charles Shultz; and many other relatives. He is survived by several cousins and many friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday February 6, 2017 at Hope & Heart Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 2741 Cleveland Avenue, where friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Committal services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, February 6, 2017 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West 3rd Street, Dayton, Ohio.
