Tina Louise Smith, 55, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2020. She was born June 18, 1964 in Sidney, Ohio. She was a devoted wife and mother who always put family first. She loved to spend her time dancing, singing, exercising, and laughing with friends and family. She devoted her free time to helping others with both big and small life events and comforting and caring for anyone who needed her. She was always making beautiful creations for others that can be cherished for generations to come. As with her family, her spirituality was very important. She served her community in many facets over the years, connecting and helping everyone she met. She was not one to meet a stranger without instantly welcoming them with open arms and a smile. She was known to light up a room when she entered it, and always left everyone laughing and smiling. Her light and love will be deeply missed by everyone her life touched.
Preceded in death by her mother and father, Mary and James Franklin; sister Carol Rogers; grandmother Mildred Medley; and uncle Edward Franklin.
