Toni Boyd Landis

Toni Boyd Landis, age 59, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, went home to be with her loving Shepherd on Monday, August 7th, 2023. Toni dedicated her life to caring for her family and serving others with a heart overflowing from and with Jesus's love.

Toni is survived by her two loving sons, Boyd and Luke Landis, and her step-daughter Madison Landis Tien, of Carmel, Indiana. Her most joyful moments were spending time with her sons, which included many memorable camping and bike trips with their Boy Scout Troop. Toni dedicated her life to being present for her sons and cherished every moment with them. She spent an immeasurable amount of time in the stands encouraging Luke at his swim meets and Boyd in his musical performances.

She is also survived by her mother, Sue Boyd-Guthrie, and husband, Joe of Lake Worth, Florida, along with her father, Jimmy Karl Boyd of West Palm Beach, Florida. She also leaves behind two sisters, Terri Boyd (Chris) Fleming of Lake Worth, Florida, and Tammy Boyd (Chris) Watkins of Upper Arlington, Ohio; nieces Jordan, Emerson, Logan, and Gracie; nephews Austin and Arizona, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends whom she loved and cared for well.

Toni was passionate about her work at the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church Preschool and Kindergarten and impacted the lives of hundreds of families over the twenty years she was a part of the UALC family. She was always the happiest when she witnessed those she loved thriving and succeeding. Toni lived a life of sacrifice, demonstrating compassion and grace, which overflowed from an early age as she always sought to put others first.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, August 16th, at the UALC at Mill Run, 3500 Mill Run Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the UALC Preschool and Kindergarten, 3500 Mill Run Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026.
