Today my son we laid you to rest. As you saw there was alot of loving friends and family there to see you. Not to say good bye because we will all see you soon. I was actually able to get up in front of them all and say a few things about you i had alot to say but couldnt get through it all. I know you have your peace you have been searching for. You know im going to miss you everyday and please dont forget me as i will never forget you. Know in your heart that i have and always will love you...i will see you soon....love daddy

I know today will be so difficult for all of you. I can't even imagine the pain and heartache that you are experiencing. Lean on all of the people who will be there that love you and loved Travis. Nothing can take away the sorrow and pain but we will all be there to hold you up. I feel blessed to have known Travis. And I have gotten to know him so much better this past week as I have listened to the loving stories coming from his dad and family members. And the crazy funny stories from his friends who adored him. May God be with you all....I know Travis will be close by to help guide you all? Got another for ya bub. Do you remember when we went down to dupont and was shooting on the gun range? It you me dave thomas and jerry hill we were walking with dave and he told you to tell jerry he didnt know how to shoot and you could out shoot him any day. You laughed and said no way im not telling him that. Dave said go ahead he cant hear you and he started saying all kinds of stuff to him and you started laughing so hard you started slobering then dave said its ok boy jerry took out his hearing aids you laughed so hard i thought you were going to pee your pants...until later bub..i love you

There are so many memories to share. Travis and I got to know one another on the baseball diamond. We would duel on the pitchers mound or from the short stop position. We were teammates, we were opponents, but most importantly he was a childhood friend. God Bless!

Hey bub tyler adam josh and kaylee were just here .talking about memories wow there were some story telling here. I know you were looking down and laughing your butt off yout face all red. Here was one of the funniest ones. Seems as though adam was riding tylers dirt bike around their yard on bolender pontious and adam went around frontand was coming back to the back yard when up popped this trash can out of no where and of course tylers bike had no brakes he went flying over the handle bars and landed right in a pile of mud. He got up looking around trying to figure out where the can had come from until he saw you standing around the corner just giggling. Your butt off he said he was pissed at first until he saw you laughing so hard then he even had to laugh...only thing missing tonight was you physically we know you were here with us laughing at us all...well son i will return with more stories...love you bub..

I had Travis on my facebook page he was nice to tlk to I know his cousin Ashley Wharton He will be sadly missed but never forgotten

Heres another one for you bub i can remember when you playing for the tri county hammers we were down by 2 runs and i was sitting with scott hammond and he said comeon travis its time for you to take another one yard and the very next pitch you sailed it over the centerfield wall and won the game..i will be back with some more to freshen your mind as i know ur reading these...love ya bub

I know that it was your time to go but always remeber Aunt Jenny and Uncle Non Butt and the girls Love You More than you will ever no.We now can sit back and talk about all the things we used to do together. We will all meet again its only a matter of time till I see  you baby boy.Im just so happy I had you for 22 wonderful years. LOVE YOU AUNT JENNY

I loved Travis, through thick and, thin we stayed friends. But the person I am going to comment for is my son. Kyler would light up when Travis came in the room, almost the same way Travis would. From the day Kyler was born Travis was a special friend to him in ways I could not have asked for. They would play, and laugh for hours if left uninterrupted. Travis will always be a memory that Kyler is reminded of. We love you TravLee. I can only thankyou now for all that you have given to us.

Wow, where to start guess i wil start when you were born and come back through out the day. When you came home from the hospital i would get into so much trouble because I'd go over and get you out of your bassinet and have you sleep with me i did this probably until you were about 66 months old. I know your gonna shoot me for this one but he had these red pajamas that had the feet in them that he had to wear all the time. Out of all the toys he had his favorite was a bathroom size trash can of course it was a clean one. But he would put that can on his head and run all over the apartment and purposely run into the walls take that can off his head turn and look at me and just laugh..if he heard a train coming though look out he would run to the back window until he saw it then come grab my hand yelling da da da choo- choo da choo choo so we'd have to watch the train until it was gone...

I grew to love Travis when I had him in English class. I saw how talented he really was. He impacted my life and I hope I helped him. I am hear for all of you and all you have to do is yell!

We were so lucky to have known Travis since he was a preschooler. We watched him excel at baseball and bowling along side our son Andrew. Words cannot describe our sorrow for everyone who loved him. To Bud and Thelma, we can only hope to be the extraordinary grandparents that you were to Travis and continue to be for Tyler, Hillary, Kate and Trisha.
