Trudy was married to Charles (Chuck) Miller for 47 years and was the caring mother of Chuck (Michelle) Miller.
Trudy worked at DFAS/DISA for many years in the IT department and could be found crawling around the computer racks auditing the equipment. She loved her work and the many life-long friends from the base. And, of course, could always be found driving the beer cart at the numerous golf outings she helped fund and organize.
Trudy loved to make people smile. She loved to read and spend time on the beach playing bocce ball with her family. She enjoyed her time drinking a bud light and having a cigarette. One of her favorite pastimes over the years was to spend time playing cards - Cribbage, Euchre and Double Deck pinochle were always her favorite (even though she claim to never get good cards). Even with her debilitating RA and being deaf from a young age - she kept fighting and would put a smile on her face.
Trudy is survived by her son, Chuck (Michelle) Miller; sister, Lois (Tim) Clark: brother, Dave (Carol) Rundle; Sister-in-Law: Jeanie Miller; Nieces and Nephews: Joe, Andy, Carrie, Heather, Keith, Kevin, Kaye, and Karen and many grand nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at a future date - at her request there will be sand, Beach Boys music and Bud Light.
