Victor was a fighter his entire life. He had a big, big heart and was full of love. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, spending time with family and eating food. He also loved his pets, Bear and Buddy.
In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by his wife, Melanie Gene Stephens; and brother, James W. Stephens.
He will be greatly missed by his children Victor Lewis Stephens III and Deborah Adams., siblings, Raymond (Becky) Weirick, Glenda (John) Smith and Helen Barber; grandchildren, Victor Lewis Stephens IV., Melanie Gene Stephens and Maryssa Marguerite Stephens; special nephews and nieces, Justin, Kathrin, McKenise, LJ "John" and Joshua; and many more loving and caring nephews and nieces.
