Virginia A. Waldron

Virginia A. "Ginny" "Toot-toot" Schneider-Waldron, 97, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018. She was born September 23, 1920 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Freedom and Rema (Wilson) Fleming. She retired from Buckeye Federal Savings and Loan with over 20 years of service. Ginny was a longtime member of the Grove City United Methodist Church. She loved to play bingo and euchre. Her family was everything to her and she cherished the time that she spent with them. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Tom Schneider and George Waldron; daughter, Myrna Daugherty; brothers, Charles, Frederick, Harold, Bill, and Freedom; and sisters, Frances, Freda, Nellie, and Rema Jean "Toot". Ginny is survived by her daughter, Brenda Morris; grandchildren, Shawn (Heather) Daugherty, Thomas (Michelle) Daugherty, Dana (Carlotta) Daugherty, Angie (A.J.) Dearwester, and Diana (Daniel) Morris; 14 grandchildren; 1 expected great-great-grandchildren in early 2019; brother, Larry; sister, Harriett; numerous nieces and nephews; and the staff and friends at Carriage Court of Grove City. Ginny's family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where the funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday.
