Wendell W. Griffith, age 103, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017. He was born January 26, 1914 in Greenfield, Ohio to the late William & Belle (Banks) Griffith. Wendell was a graduate of Antioch College. He worked for many years as Vice President Controller at Capital City Products. He loved music and was very active with the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church choir. Preceding him in death was his first wife, Katherin (Gibbs) Griffith; his second wife, Anna (Logue) Griffith; and son, David Griffith. He will be deeply missed by his children, Rob (Sharon) Griffith, Peter Griffith and Nancy Cirak; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, 2300 Lytham Road, Columbus, Ohio 43220 on Friday, September 29th at 11am. A catered reception will follow immediately after the service until 2pm at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Upper Arlington Lutheran Church Choir. Arrangements are entrusted to SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL.
