Born on August 24, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to Frances and the late Jack Osborne.
Bill was a carpenter and over the years he worked with his brothers. He then went on to own his own company where he became an estimator.
Preceded in death by his father and brother, John Osborne.
Survived by his siblings, Ruth (Robert) Simon, Kurt (Ruthann) Osborne, Blanche Osborne, Mary (Bert) Taylor; 3 sons, Phillip, Baron, and Dade; and a large extended family.
Family will receive friends from 10-12pm on Friday May 19, 2017 at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, where a service will begin at 12noon.
