My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Bill and Kay were such a lovely couple.  They joined Fairmoor church several years ago.  That is where I met them.  He had a great singing voice and he made the children laugh.  He will be missed.  We would love to hear from Kay, or know how we can reach her.  Mary Martin

I wanted to share too about their anniversary!  Theirs was June 27th!  I know because it's also mine.  On my wedding day, at my reception, Aunt Kay came to me and told me how very happy she was for me and she told me all that she wished and hoped for, just for Brian and I.  I'll never forget that.  Then she said her and uncle Bill were going to be leaving, they had plans to go celebrate "their" day.  She was so sweet about it.  Then I look over her shoulder at Uncle Bill, standing a few feet away, and he winked at me, and raised his eye brows up and down, very quickly, then grinned,  just to let me know that they too were going to be having a special night!  Aunt Kay turned to see what had caught my eye and saw Uncle Bill, and I think that was the one and only time I remember her blushing!  Him and I just busted out laughing!  I've alway loved knowing we shared the same anniversary with them and prayed we'd be as happy as they were! 
That was 29 yrs ago next month, and I remember it like it was last week!  
What a beautiful couple they were and always will be to me!

When I think of Uncle Bill & Aunt Kay, it was a natural thing that if you thought of one, you automatically thought of the other.  They truly were "two as one".  When I go back to my memories of them when I was growing up, one of the first things that comes to mind is their laughter!  I loved hearing them laugh so much!  And when they laughed, everyone around them was laughing too, that made for very happy times whenever you were in the same room as they were.  He always had a joke and Aunt Kay was always the first to laugh.
They both had charisma!  I was always drawn to them and wanted to sit next to them, or as close as I could, and when I did, I was made to feel like I was the only one in the room!  That is another special memory I will always cherish!  They loved all of their neices and nephews and always made each of us feel special! 
Uncle Bill, you have NEVER been far from my thoughts and prayers and you are missed and loved VERY much.  Always have been and always will be!  Not just by Brian and I, but by the whole Scott family!  I know we all share a deep sorrow at your passing!

Uncle Bill was always such a jokester. I remember visits with him and Aunt Kay as a kid. I will have fond memories of him for the rest of my life.

Dear Family,
It is a sad time to have to say goodbye to Uncle Bill. He always had a smile or a wink for me and made me feel good. It was always good to see Aunt Kay and Uncle Bill together. They had a love that was apparent to all and they never missed their Happy New Year's kiss at midnight. 
My prayers are with all of you; may God hold you close and give you all comfort and strength.

I loved my grandpa very much,I have so many memories.  He was a warm,loving ,funny person and he loved music and loved his family and he had the love of his life kay by his side for many many years....miss you grandpa

William Barr Scott was my great grandfather. When he passed away, yes it was very sad but I know now that he is in a very good place. I didnt get to see that much but when ever I could, I shared every moment that i could because I know that this day was coming. All I want to say is that I miss my grandfather very much and i love him so much. All I can do now is look at pictures and think of him .
