William (Billy) A. Shaughnessy, 39, of Columbus, Ohio, was a loyal son, brother, uncle and friend. Billy was the founder of Arborists of America. A certified arborist coupled with a passion for nature, Billy enjoyed the adventures of tree design and landscaping. His passion for the outdoors, whether climbing trees, hunting, fishing or rock climbing, defined who he was. He brought spontaneity and laughter to every occasion.
Billy leaves behind a legacy of love that includes his grandmother, Mommoms; mother, Kevin; father, Bill; aunt and uncle, Collin and Bob; sisters, Kim, Collin and Marin; nephew, Hampton; and nieces, Holly, Heather, Stephanie, Abigail and Murphy Jane.
