William R. Springer, 61 of Worthington, died Saturday, June 26, 2010. He was born June 3, 1949 in Evanston, IL to Eileen Springer and the late John Springer Sr. He was a graduate of John Carroll University with a Bachelors Degree in Business, a member of St. Gregory of Nyssa Orthodox Church and was a dedicated husband and father. He is survived by his mother, his wife Ava of thirty years, children William Jr., Paul, and Kaylan, four brothers John (Kitty), Bob (Barb), Jim (Kathy), Tom (Michele), sister Eileen (Scott) Seales, brother-in-law Jim (Kate) Schlotzer, special uncle Tom Boyle, seventeen nieces and nephews, many friends. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5-7 PM at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270) where a funeral service will be held at 7 PM.
