

Xuan Phung, 84, passed away peacefully at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, January 11, 2019 in the loving embrace and presence of her family. Born on September 15, 1934 in Sa Đéc, Việt Nam, she came to the United States in October 1990 to pursue a better future for her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tô Văn Ngô, and her son, Loc. A matriarch to a large, united family, she will be forever remembered and cherished by her surviving son Hanh and his wife Quan; son Phuoc and his wife Ling; daughter Khoanh; son Tai and his wife Hong Van; daughter Linda (Lieu) and her husband Duc; daughter Amy (My) and her husband Phuong; daughter Mina (Nga); daughter Snow (Tuyet) and her husband Mike (Cuong); daughter Nguyen (Gwynn) and her husband Hoang; granddaughter Nguyet (Molly), her husband Sokleng, and her sons Jaston and Juston; grandson Matthew, his wife Megan, and his daughter Lily; grandson Zelam and his wife Kimberly; grandson Son and his wife Sriya; granddaughters Peshan, Anna, Diana, Alexandria, and Gloria; grandsons Tien, Richie, Craig, Konwei, and Quentin; also a host of extended family members and friends.
On Friday, January 18th, family will have a praying service from 12-3 P.M. with relatives and friends from Buddhist temple and a public viewing from 3-8 P.M. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085.
On Saturday, January 19th, family will have additional public viewing at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL from 9-11:30 A.M. The funeral procession will occur at 11:30 A.M. and the final farewell and funeral service will occur at EAST LAWN CEMETERY, 1320 Woodland Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43219.
Family will welcome visitations only and respectively decline any donations.
