Natalie Flauraud (nee Sansone) passed away on December 2, 2013. She was 86 years old. Natalie was born in Mount Vernon, NY on December 25, 1926 to Carmine and Katherine (Mecca) Sansone. She met the love of her life, Alfred, and they married in the blizzard of 1958. She was a loyal waitress for Friendly's in Nanuet and New City. Natalie enjoyed her cats, gardening, and cooking, but most of all, caring for her home. She is survived by her son Michael, and his wife Suzanne, and her daughter Jeanine Fray, and her husband Michael; as well as her grandchildren Richard, Jessica and Allison. Natalie was predeceased by her husband, Alfred. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 3-7pm at Higgins Funeral Home in Congers, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 11:15am, at St. Paul's Church, followed by interment at Fred Loescher Cemetery.
