Patricia A. McGrogan

Born in Bronx, NY to William and Rose Minogue on November 1, 1944, she is survived by her loving sisters Kathleen Spiro and Rosemary Sloan.She was preceded in death by husband Edward.

She was a dedicated mother and is survived by her four children and their spouses Edward and Ann,William and Jacqueline, Kathleen (Leuzzi) and Marc, Kevin and Jenni.She cherished her time spent with family especially with her nine grandchildren (Meghan, Ryan, Olivia, Eve, Connor, Kailyn, Brydan, Nathan and Grace) who all have made her very proud.

Patricia enjoyed her years working for the Town of Clarkstown as a crossing guard, in the Town Clerk’s Office and with Police Department. In her retirement was active traveling, yoga classes, seniors club and attending her grandchildren’s events. Pat also supported many charities in caring for others.

A Celebration of her life will be held at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home on Thursday January 22,2026, from 4pm to 8pm at 113 Lake Rd, Congers, NY 10920. The Funeral Service will follow at the same location on January 22, 2026, beginning at 8:00 pm.

Flowers may be sent to that location, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
