

Robert Stephen Colucci of New City, NY, 62 years old, passed away suddenly on December 15, 2013. Born June 2, 1951 to Raymond and Barbara Colucci of Bronx, New York, Bob was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School and SUNY Oswego. Bob worked for over 25 years in computer networking sales contributing to the revolutionary advances made in the technology industry. His hard work and innovative spirit enabled him to succeed in various positions including Director of Sales, Marketing Consultant and Senior Account Executive covering the Northeast Region. Bob was a New City resident and enjoyed spending his winters in Naples, FL and summers in Laurel, NY. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife, Marianne, along with his daughters, Christine and Debra, son-in-law Bohdan Batorfalvy, his sister Laura and brother-in-law Tommy Allison, nephew Tommy and niece Kerri. Bob was also a gourmet cook and vintner, developing his own private label “Brushes Creek”. His other greatest love besides Marianne, was fishing on the Peconic Bay on his Grady White boat. Bob will be missed greatly by all who knew and spent time with him. Family will receive guests on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-9 pm at Higgins Funeral Home in Congers, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 10 am, at St. Anthony’s Parish Church followed by entombment at St. Anthony’s Mausoleum, Nanuet, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Meals on Wheels of Rockland County, 121 W. Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954.
