Susan, my friend, and Lauren, words alone cannot express my sympathy on the untimely death of your beloved husband and father.To say that his time with us was far too short is an understatement. The reality is that all who loved and knew him will sorely miss him.I hope that you and your family will find peace and comfort in the outpouring of sympathy you have received since his parting . My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Cali family during this difficult time. While I had not had the pleasure of knowing Joe I have been blessed to be a friend of Lisa's for well over 20 years and have been blessed to know Barbara as well. The Cali family is much loved and I know that Joe is terribly missed. Praying for God's comfort for you all.

It's been years since I last saw Joe. I will remember him as an easy going guy with a great smile and laugh. I will miss his creativity and sense of humor. If Joe was any indicator then I have no doubt his wife and daughter are wonderful people and my heart goes out to them. All three of you will be in my prayers.

I never forget the the game of throwing darts we played in the hall way at that one day back when you first brought Ian in. And of course your grill and cooking skills made some most awesome meat feast ever. You are one of the best persons I ever had the chance to meet. My deepest condolences to your family.

Joe was always full of humor and sane advice when times were tense and frustrating. It was always a pleasure to have him around, and his company was welcome whenever he showed up. Godspeed, Joe.

Joe was a great guy. He had a great attitude on life and seemed to always be smiling. Despite whatever struggles he had in his own life, he was always a pleasure to be around and his positivity was infectious.

I met Joe at a shared hobby, Nero Atlanta. We were so incredibly lucky to have had a guy like Joe among our peers. His love of the game and his fellow players was beyond question. Aside from just playing here for years, he was so dedicated to seeing the game succeed he actually covered the deposit for a weekend rental of a state park campground out of his own pocket so that we could have a play there back when the game was struggling. He seemed to be like that with everything though; he always seemed to be happy and willing to do whatever was needed. His upbeat attitude and generosity of spirit was an inspiration to those who were fortunate enough to be around him, and will hopefully prove to be his legacy.

He was a wonderful guy with a huge heart and he will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this incredibly tragic time.

Susan and daughter, my heart breaks for you over the death of your husband/father.  We never know when God will call us home but it is always hard on the family left behind.  I pray our Lord will be with you during this time, give you strength for the days following.  God Bless you,
