Linda Eidson Long

Linda Eidson Long, age 62, of Conyers, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2010, at Horis A. Ward’s Rockdale Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Tommy Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.

Mrs. Long retired from the Department of Human Resources of Georgia, after 28 years of service. She currently worked with the Family Connection Partnership and was an active member of St. John’s Baptist Church in Lithonia. She is survived by: husband, Daniel H. Long of Conyers; daughters, Christina Williams, of NY and Melinda & John White, of Conyers; step-daughter, Shannon & David Busbee, of Madison; step-son, Danny Long, of Covington; grandchildren, Justin White, Victoria White, Maddison Busbee, Cameron Busbee and Jordan Busbee.
