

Alberto Antonio Hernandez Jr., lovingly known as Berto, was born on June 28, 2001, in La Mesa, San Diego, California. He passed away on January 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Alberto graduated from Coolidge High School, where he thrived in sports and built lifelong friendships. He was loving, caring, and endlessly funny, with a personality like no other. A hard worker and natural light in every room, Berto was truly the life of the party wherever he went.
Family meant everything to Alberto—they were his heart. He was a fierce protector, loyal to his loved ones, and loved deeply and unapologetically. Though his life was far too short, he lived it to the fullest, embracing every experience with passion and purpose. He found joy in creating music, turning his life, hustle, and truth into sound that reflected who he was.
Alberto lives on in the hearts of everyone he touched.
He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Monique Trujillo-Miranda; his aunt, Vanessa Miranda; his sister Honesty Walker; his brothers and sister in laws, Isaiah Hernandez, Hailey Hernandez and Treion Walker, Amya Lopez; his cherished nieces and nephews, Atalia, Brayden, Evany, Ezeriah, Zayven, and Jasiah, Sa'reyia; and his extended family, Vanessa Garcia, R.J. Garcia, Jaelyn Garcia, Jazlyn Garcia, Gage Garcia and James Andru Jeffries, along with many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.
