Adam you’re one of a kind. My heart breaks for your family! Rest In Peace❤️🙏 

When my family would go out to eat, we would always decide on the place closest to home, Route 47, not just because of the location, but because of the people and food.  Every time we went, Adam would go out of his way to make sure he would be the one serving us, (since he first did so on my birthday).

A couple years ago on my birthday my family and I went out to eat. I chose Route 47 because I liked their chicken fingers. I remember that day mostly because of Adam. He was so nice and joyful, and he was delighted to hear that it was my birthday. Upon hearing so, he surprised me with a chocolate shake on the house! I was extremely happy and thankful to Adam for making that day memorable for me.

After that day, every time we went to Route 47,  Adam would come take our order, serve us our food, and make sure we were happy. My father and Adam shared many conversations, one I remember was my father and him talking about their kids, as I have several siblings,  Adam told us his kids are a little bit younger and that he has much fun with his children and how being a father has been one of the most rewarding and joyous things he has experienced. 

I am extremely sorry for your loss,  Adam seemed to have a tremendous impact on every single person around him.  I thought I would share my story about how he impacted mine. Thank you.

Rest In Peace Adam. My condolences to all of your family and friends. So many of my childhood memories are of you and I and everyone else from our neighborhood. I have a couple pictures from then. One is of us going on a neighborhood hay ride in my dads trailer being towed around by John Franks. The other is from one of my birthday parties.

I'm so saddened to hear of your passing!  I recently met you at Rte. 47 and we (My husband and I) enjoyed our friendship with you!  Every time we'd come in we'd be greeted by your smiling face and welcome conversation.
Recently I learned that I was actually your softball coach when you were 17 or 18.  The Sportsman sponsored our team of boys that my son and all of his friends played on.  I was so happy to coach and become friends with each and every young man on the team, that includes you Adam.  
I'm proud to have known you for over 25 years.  I wish we would have remembered our softball team memories, sooner.
RIP Adam, you are truly missed.

My deepest sympathy to Adam's family. He was such a nice guy and fun to work around when he worked the bar at The Lanes and I worked bingo there. He will be missed by many. RIP, dear Adam!

Tom I saw Adam bout 6 weeks ago at Route 47. I had not seen him in years. He remembered me also. It was so nice to reconnect . He was awesome person. I will miss him. I am so sorry for your loss,,



I first met Adam back when his family owned the Sportsman's Bar in Coon Rapids.  Many years later, we would become reacquainted as we both opened the Famous Dave's in Coon Rapids in 2006.  He was a fun guy, great co-worker - always smiling and friendly to all. We spent time together outside of work and had some very entertaining shenanigans.  Adam will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.  RIP My Friend - you truly are one of a kind!!

I worked with Adam at famous Dave’s years back he was a awesome person loved hanging out with him going to green mill and bbqs and bonfires he will be missed by many . 

I work at Bunker Hills golf course, and have known Adam for quite a few years. He was an avid golfer and well liked at the course, we are going to miss his smiling face around here.

Adam I didn’t get to meet you but the love and joy you brought to Beth and your boys was so evident to me. Beth was like a second daughter to us and we were thrilled when she found you to share life with.   Our hearts break for your precious family.

Adam will be deeply missed by his significant other, Elizabeth Palo; children, Brody and Brooks Bergstrom; parents, Tom and Kathe Bergstrom; sister, Tina (Bill) St. Martin; brother, Anthony Bergstrom; nephews, Benjamin and Nick St. Martin; niece, Ellie St. Martin; Elizabeth’s parents, Juanita Decker and Mark Palo; Adam will also be deeply missed by many other family members and friends.
