Born to Swedish immigrants on June 5, 1929, in Minneapolis, she was the youngest of 4 girls. Ann graduated South High School in 1947. She met the love of her life at Lake Calhoun in 1947, and married Joe in November 1948.
She is preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Joseph Krogen; parents, Victor and Margaret Sparr; sisters, Mildred (Donald Gervais), Katherine (Jack Warne), and Elsie (John Duffy); son-in-law, David Hughes; niece, Cathy Odijk; nephew, Wayne Warne.
Ann is survived by her adored children, Linda (Gary) Lee, Allan (Laurie) Krogen, Barbara Hughes, and Mark (Susan) Krogen; beloved grandchildren, Zachary, Matthew, Bobby, Paige, and Julia; many nieces and nephews; relatives from Sweden; and special friends from Autumn Glen Senior Living.
