Bambi Lynn Schmidt

Bambi was the kindest person and was non-judgemental. She had the most beautiful soul. She loved dancing, and music was her therapy. She always wanted peace and love - that was her motto. Bambi enjoyed traveling and sports (Go Gophers!). She left an impression on everyone who knew her. There are not enough words to express how much we love her, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Bambi was preceded in passing by her parents, Vera and Robert Burk; brother, Barry.

Bambi is survived by her partner of 20 years, Jeff Fjeld; children, Bailey and Jordan Schmidt; one grandson on the way; siblings, Bruce, Brad, and Becky; many nieces, nephews, stepchildren, family members and friends.

Please join us to celebrate Bambi's life from 3 to 6 pm on March 7th, 2026, at Bunker Hills Event Center, 12800 Bunker Prairie Rd NW, Coon Rapids, MN, 55448. Please enter through event center doors and follow signage directing guests to the ballroom. There will be a cash bar available for beverages.
