Age 47, of Mound, died unexpectedly at home, Jan. 30, 2011. Survived by children, Aaron and Kylie; siblings, Kathleen Congdon, Michele Jacobsen, Pam Laqua, Theresa Ross, Stephen Jacobsen, Mary Randall, Connie Jacobsen, Timothy Jacobsen, and Tricia Jacobsen; many other relatives and friends. Memorial Service 11:30 am, Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids, with gathering of family and friends one hour prior.
