Craig L. Williams

Age 61, of Spring Lake Park passed unexpectedly, July 11, 2017.

He was preceded in death by Parents, Herman “Lenny" and Julia; Brother, Earl.

Craig is survived by his Daughter, Christine (Shaun) Koscielniak; Son, Lain Kay; Grandson, Brady; Siblings, Fern (Steven) Mattson, Gwen (Tahir Sandhu), Julia Williams Cortinas; Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.

Craig’s passions were cooking and business. He graduated from Coon Rapids Sr. High School in 1974 where he lettered in soccer. He studied culinary arts and worked cooking jobs, including several years as chef for Becky’s Cafeteria in Minneapolis. He was co-owner (with his mother and brother) of Williams Pickup Service in Coon Rapids for 25 years. He also was owner of Platinum Plus Tanning Salon in Blaine for 10 years. Most recently he was employed by Agropur in St. Paul.
