Your mother Gean was an amazing woman 
 a fine example to all who knew her

I was thinking of your Mother . I looked her up and found she passed away . what a sweet awesome Lady she was . I did your mother’s hair for many years and became a friend . ohh her gardens she showed me were amazing . 
 I still think of her . I moved out of state and have not seen her for a long time . 
 The bible says “ Gray hair is a crown of splendor to those who live a righteous life”  for sure she wore her crown . 
 Also Gene was  a wonderful example of a proverbs 31 woman.

I just want to extend my sincerest condolences to not only Cindy & John & their entire offspring circle, but also to Cindy’s dear siblings: Sue & Jan & Keith, & all of their families as well….in addition to the multitude of friends of the family, many of whom I’ve met over the years when my husband Chris & I lived out in Moundsview, Minnesota & began raising our family, & then again during returned visits years later. During that time back in the mid-late 70’s, & far away from our east coast hometowns & families, we were treated as ‘family’ out there as well, & invited to participate in numerous events & holiday celebrations, forever endearing us to the entire Meyers & Swenson lineage!
Gean was always the epitomy of a gracious hostess, exhuberant & sweet as could be. She certainly passed along her many admirable traits to her offspring! My life is richer for having been blessed to be associated with all of you. Gean touched the lives of SO MANY FORTUNATE SOULS. May she forever rest in peace…an angel returned to Heaven.
