Glen Ellis

He grew up and was educated in Lancaster, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Platteville, Wisconsin, where he obtained his degree in Civil Engineering.

Glen’s first and only job was with the Minnesota Department of Transportation – Highway Department in St. Paul, MN.

Glen enjoyed being with fellow Christians and hearing God’s word ministered.

Glen was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Maryanne Ellis.

Glen is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Alice Ellis; siblings, Rose (Paul) Studnicka, Steven (Joyce) Ellis, Donna (Dan) Garmon. Glen is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Gearhart Funeral Home – 11275 Foley Blvd., NW., Coon Rapids.

Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to Northeast Gospel Chapel in N.E. Minneapolis.
