Grace E. (Shirek) Trenda, age 91, formerly of Fridley, MN died on Saturday, January 11, 2020 in Barnesville, MN. Grace was born on September 15, 1928 in Lankin, ND to Frank and Mary Shirek. She attended school in Lankin. She married Joseph Trenda on August 19, 1946 in Fisher, MN. They lived in Lankin, ND until moving to Mound, MN in 1951.

Grace is survived by her sister, Alice Bogert of Lankin, ND and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; brothers, Rudolph and Joseph Shirek; sisters, Agnes Dvorak and Marie Zika.

Funeral service will take place at 11am on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids.
