As I saw this pop up in my emails, and then going to look at that fabulous face, soooooooooo many happy memories came flooding in. I send gigantic hugs to you all and sooooo much love!!!

Johnny was such a wonderful guy, great sense of humor, a kind-hearted soul. I have so many memories of growing up with Glady, John, Susie and Johnny. Those were some of the best times of my life. I will miss you, Johnny!  Love you always!!

   You taught me the right way to treat people. Especially the women we love and care for. And the way you taught me strategy weather it be shooting pool, playing chess or simply playing cribbage. Your lessons gave my life meaning and I will forever be thankful that you raised me.

Ohhh I was in shock when I stumbled across Cheri's announcement on FB. Ive known John since childhood (I am friends with his daughter Cheri) his look TERRIFIED ME until I realized how funny he was. He never lost his humor. Such a great guy. John and Bonnie always made me feel like one of their kiddos. Nothing but fond memories. Heaven is really getting a great one. 🙏🙏🙏

My dearest Johnny,
I still can't believe I am writing this.  Life is already so different without you here, I can't imagine what the future will be like.  We all miss you so much.  We have looked through all of the pictures and there are so many wonderful memories for all of us but especially me.  You were so funny but also kind and gentle.  I am glad we had so many years but still they were not enough.  I will love you and miss you always.

My Dad.  I couldn’t have asked for a better dad.  You always believed in me, even when I didn’t.  You never doubted how strong I was, even when I doubted how strong I was myself.  The way you were always there for me, gave me strength to always push forward because I had you there supporting me and whenever I was down you always knew how to make me laugh.  I will carry you with me in my heart for eternity.

OHHHHH.....my heart hurts! 
I am beyond sad and oh so sorry for your loss my dear dear friends. I can't wrap my head around him being gone. John is FOREVER and something is very wrong w/the world w/o him in it. Sherry, Bobby, Dan,  Bonnie, Susie.....I am hugging you all virtually and I can NOT begin to tell you how sad I am, how my much my heart hurts!

Dad, you are the best father anyone could ask for. I have so many wonderful memories of you. From you questioning the refs at my high school basketball games about why they called a foul against me, to us sitting together in a hunting blind talking all day and not caring if we actually saw any deer.  I will miss you greatly.  Love you always and forever.

I cannot express how much I miss my brother, Johnny.  He was always there for me and we loved each other very much.  So many memories that flood my mind and heart with him that I know I will always have them and that makes me smile.  From him saving the family Christmas tree for me when I was 4 yrs old because I was crying to hiking in the hills in California and Nevada looking for gold, he will always be in my heart and thoughts...forever.  I miss you Johnny and love you so much.

Dad, the hardest thing I had to do is say goodbye to you. You have not only been a great person but the best dad a girl could ever dream of having. You will never fade away, you will always be in my heart forever. . All of the memories we had together will forever be cherished and never forgotten.
