Marian Gladys DeRosier

Age 76 of Blaine, died July 28th, 2014.

She was a member of Sgt. John Rice VFW Post #6316 Ladies Auxiliary. Marian retired from Unity Hospital after 27 years as a project worker and working in the mailroom. She enjoyed spending time with her family; especially visiting her daughter Bethany in McGrath, MN and going to Webster, WI with her son, Bennett.

Marian is preceded in death by her husband, Leon; parents, William & Elsie Miller; sister, Genevieve Smith; and brother, Melvin Miller.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Wanda) Cordell, Bethany Luhman (Kenny Elling), and Bennett DeRosier (Cheryl Stevermer); 6 grandchildren, Cory, Bridget, Cody, Rose (Darren), Mary and Dustin; 5 great-grandchildren, Austin, Kinsey, Alyssa, Kristy and Aubrey; 4 sisters, Joan, Joyce (Bill), Shirley, Patsy (Jim); 3 brothers, Vyron (Donna), Glen (Betty), and Danny (Betty); sister-in-law, Wanda (Melvin); numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, July 31st, 2014 with visitation from 9:30-11:00AM, all will be held at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Boulevard NW, Coon Rapids.

Interment will take place at Morningside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of cut flowers, live plants or memorials are preferred.
