Passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2022.

Preceded in death by his father, Mark Virnig; mother, Julie Grimm; brother, Thomas Virnig.

Survived by his wife, Gina Virnig; sons, Simon Hufford, Connor Virnig, Noah Virnig; sisters, Pamala Virnig, Christina (Peter) Harney; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service for Matthew will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids, MN) with a gathering time starting at 10:00 am.
