Age 82, of Anoka, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 21st, 2019. She was born on November 7th, 1936 in Le Sueur, MN to Thomas E. Sexton and Ruth Lilian Chambers Sexton. She grew up in Milaca and attended Milaca High School.
She rolled into Heaven on her Roller Skates and was welcomed into heaven by love of her life, husband, Arthur “Art” Kirberger.
Preceded in death by Parents, Thomas and Ruth Sexton; and Sisters, Betty Ablard and Joanne Ness.
She is survived by her Children, James Kirberger (Dawn), Cyndi Hageman, Tom Kirberger (Kim), Alan Kirberger (Linda); 15 Grandchildren and many Great-grandchildren as well as her Brother, Jim Sexton (wife Claire), cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Mae lived a long fulfilling life with Art, children and grandchildren. She spent many MN summers with Art at Coon Lake spending time with family/friends, enjoying campfires, fishing, family and friends. Many, many years were spent watching Art, her children, and grandchildren play sports. Family is what was most important to Mae with a side of gardening. She had an uncanny way of making you feel like family with her generous heart and smile.
