Passed away on March 26, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Lois; daughters, Beth (Bob) McDuffie, Pam (Greg) Brolsma, Jeanette (Kraig) Garmaker; son, Tom (Kim); son-in- law, Gary Zigan; grandchildren, Justin, Erin, Jonathan (Kirstin) and Nathan McDuffie, Jillian (Nathan) Reiner, Sarah and Lauren Zigan, Emily and Stephanie Brolsma, Kalvin Garmaker, Emma and Will Gustafson; sister, Lois (Roy) Swanson; sisters-in- law, Marlys Dahl and Joan Gustafson. Preceded in death by daughter, Barb Zigan; brother, Robert; sisters, Jean Allen and Marilyn Heitkamp. Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend - his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. Funeral service 11 AM Friday 3/30 at PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF THE MASTER, 789 Northdale Blvd NW, Coon Rapids. Visitation 4-7 PM Thursday at GEARHART FUNERAL HOME, 11275 Foley Blvd NW and 1 hour prior to the service at church. Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens.
