Surviving is her beloved family - her husband, John Dzikowski, Sr.; her daughter - Sandra McIntosh and son-in-law, Scott; her son John Dzikowski, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Diann; her grandchildren - Courtney Dzikowski, John Dzikowski, III, Taylor McIntosh and Natalie McIntosh; and her step-granddaughter, Brittany Casey.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Monday, February 20th, from 2-4:30 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m. Deacon Phil Mills will officiate at the Wake Service that evening at 8:00 p.m. On Tuesday, all will gather again at the funeral home between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., when Morning Prayer will be offered. The Funeral Mass will follow at Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church in Copiague at 9:45 a.m. Interment will follow at Breslau Cemetery in Lindenhurst.
