Charlotte Rabb was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 27, 1927 and Passed away at the age of 85 on June 5, 2013. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 12:45 pm at Beth David Cemetery, Elmont, New York. If you will be joining the family for the service please meet them at the office of the cemetery about 12:30pm.
