Dominick Szczech, of Lindenhurst, L.I., passed on Wednesday, May 27th, at the age of 16 years, surrounded by his beloved family.
Surviving are his parents - Jerzy and Ewa; his sister, Gabriela; his brother, Sebastian; and his grandparents - Urszula and Robert Szczech and Wieslawa Bzura. His grandfather, Miroslaw Bzura predeceases him.
Following services here, Dominick will return home to Poland for burial services.
