Mrs. Skinner is predeceased by her beloved husband, William Edward Skinner; and her son, William Edward Skinner Jr.
Surviving is her beloved daughter, Alice Skinner Williams; her granddaughter, Francine J. Holland and grandson-in-law, Nelson; and her great-grandchildren, Nelson ll, Tiffany and James.
Family will gather at the funeral home on Friday, July 26th at 10:00 a.m. A Morning Prayer will be offered, and the procession will depart the funeral home at approximately 10:30 a.m. for Calverton National Cemetery.
