
Mr. Piccione was born in Brooklyn, to his late parents Giuseppe and Vita Piccione. He attained his Masters Degree in Accounting, and began his career with Bank of America in Manhattan. He joined the United States Army, and served at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After his discharge, he returned to his career. He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Partner, with Republic National Bank as CIO, and then retired from ATC Environmental, Inc. as CFO.
In his leisure time, Frank enjoyed woodworking, tending to his vegetable garden and “bulls-eye” target shooting. Frequently, you would find him out on the Great South Bay boating, fishing, clamming and crabbing.
Surviving is his beloved wife, Daphne; his daughters, Susan Gorton and son-in-law, Kenneth, Linda Chischilly and son-in-law, Angelo, and Joanne Piccione; his grandchildren - Stephanie, Brian, Jessica and Nicole; and his great-granddaughter, Valerie. He also leaves his sisters, Barbara Marrone and Alvera Muratore, and is predeceased by his brother, William Piccione.
