Mrs. Gorgone is survived by her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceasing her is her husband, Joseph, and her six siblings.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, August 12th from 2:00 - 4:30 and 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. At 8 p.m. during the evening hours, the Wake Service will be conducted by Deacon Phil Mills.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Copiague. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
