Shirley L Jacobs age 92 of Uniondale, NY sadly passed away on Monday, April 7, 2016. May her memory be eternal. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:30am at the Jewish Memorial Chapel of Long Island in Hempstead, NY, with interment to immediately follow at the Calverton National Cemetery. Shiva will be observed on Friday immediately following services, and on Saturday at the "Eckes" residence (141 Walton Avenue. Uniondale, NY 11553).
