Thomas Martin, a former Copiague resident, died at his home in upstate New York on Thursday, October 27th. Mr. Martin was retired from his career in Steamfitting. He found his relaxation time in hunting and fishing with his kids. Surviving is his beloved wife and best friend, Helen (nee Harrigan); his daughters, Kerri Bassett and her husband, Mike, and Amy Martin; his sons, Brian Clark and his wife Nicole, and Stephen Clark (Janine Traina); grandchildren Steven Bassett, Jesse Kateridge, Cierra Laurie and Autumn Laurie; and his brothers Hank Martin and Jack Martin. Friends and family will gather at the D'Andrea Bros.Funeral Home, Copiague, NY. on Sunday, October 30th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. On Monday, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:45 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church in Copiague. Private Cremation will follow.
