

Bill was born and raised in Copiague, to his late parents, Austin and Bernice. As a young man, he visited a nightclub and met a lovely young lady named Bonnie. They married in February of 1965, and made their home in Lindenhurst. He lost his beloved Bonnie in 2000. In his years of work, Bill owned and operated his own Asphalt company, Broadway Paving. In his downtime, Bill was an avid fisherman and hunter. He truly enjoyed eating, as well as being quite a good cook; and in their years together, he and Bonnie enjoyed their trips to Atlantic City.
Surviving are his daughters - Kim, Tina and Traci; his grandchildren - Tyler, Jessica, Bonnie and Matthew; and his sisters - Carol Piazza and Maryann Merrill. Bill is predeceased by his loving wife, Bonnie; and his brother, Austin Piazza.
Family and friends will gather for visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 30th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be offered during the evening visitation hours at 8:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Paul Vaccaro of the Copiague Christian Church. Cremation services are private.
