Ana Maria Armas de Villegas, age 83, died peacefully on August 15, 2020, in the home of her daughter Raquel. She was born on June 27, 1937, to J. Reyes Armas Aguirre and Maria Ines Puerto Rubalcaba in Nochistlan, Zacatecas. Ana married J. Rosario Villegas Duran on January 8, 1960, and they were happily married for 58 years until Rosario's passing in July of 2018. She enjoyed listening to Hermanos Martinez Gil, Jose Jose, and Los Panchos. Her favorite drink was Coca Cola and she loved to snack on Hot Cheetos. Ana left behind three children, Raquel, Arturo, and Adrian, and her six grandchildren Janelly, Marinez, Liliana, Lupita, Arely, and Angel. She also left behind her three sisters Lupe, Cuca, Esperanza, and many nephews and nieces. Ana will also leave behind her two beloved dogs Booboo and Yogi. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held at Rolling Oaks Funeral Home on Sunday, August 23rd from 6-8pm with a rosary service at 7pm. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 24th at 2pm at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Coppell.
