Beverly A Myers

Beverly was born June 23, 1941 in Neoga, IL, a daughter of the late Harley & Wanda McKibben and she was raise in the Mattoon area, but moved away when she married her husband.

Beverly married William (Bill) Myers on September 2, 1956 in Windsor, IL and they shared 60 years of married joy as they traveled the world.

Beverly and Bill traveled with the US Army for 6-1/2 years and they last reside in Bedford, TX since 1970.

Beverly is survived by her husband Bill and her daughters Deborah and Robert Nieman, Kimberly and Tracy Wirt, Alicia and Robert Blanton and her son William Ray Myers II and his wife Karen.

Beverly has 12 grandchildren, 5 grandchildren-in-law, five great-grandchildren with two more due soon.

She was preparing to go on a mission trip to South Africa, but because of her health she was unable to go.

It was her desire that in lieu of flowers, donations would be committed to providing a water well in our mission area of South Africa.

A memorial service was held at t he First Baptist Church of Hurst, Texas on December 10, 2016 with in excess of 500 people attending.

She is entombed in Section 17B, grave number 820, of the Dallas Fort-Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
