Christopher Allen Josey

Christopher was a 2010 graduate of Lewisville High School, where he played football. He was currently attending Louisiana State University, He loved listening to music, playing video games and cooking. He was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his father, Tommy Josey and his step-mother (bonus mom), LaTonya of Coppell, Texas; mother, Angela Josey of Flower Mound, Texas; sister, Chandlar Josey of Coppell, Texas; maternal grandmother, Pearl Lucille Akins of Houston, Texas; maternal grandfather, Freddie Burrell of Baldwin, Louisiana; paternal grandmother, Rosemary M. Jones of Beaumont, Texas; grandfather, Clinton Copeland; Aunt, Laura Sellers of Flower Mound, Texas; uncles, Kevin Josey and his wife Angela of Lancaster, Texas, Christopher Paul Richard and his wife Andria of Baytown, Texas, Fred Allen Burrell of Austin, Texas, Perry Copeland, Clinton Copeland Jr., Corry Copeland and Eric Copeland.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:30 pm Monday, May 19, 2014, at the Westside Baptist Church, 900 West Bellaire Blvd, Lewisville, Texas 75067. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Westside Baptist Church, Lewisville, Texas. Burial will follow at Rolling Oaks Memorial Center, Coppell, Texas.
