He is survived by his Wife, Gala Ballard; Son Jeff Ballard and Wife Cecilia; Daughter, Rochelle Ballard, and Grandsons: Tyler Privette, Nathan Ballard and Joshua Ballard.
Mr. Ballard was preceded in death by his Father, Autry P. Ballard, Mother, Katie Ballard and brother Gene Ballard.
Services will be held 2pm Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Grace Point Church, 590 S Denton Tap Road, Coppell TX 75019
