Anita was raised and educated in Germany. She later married James William Apple, Jr. on April 14, 1966 in Hunfeld, Germany. They came to Copperas Cove in August 1978. Anita worked for Texas State Optical for over 30 years until the age of 75. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and loved her animals.
She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, James W. Apple, Jr.; her daughter and son-in-law, Marriona and Chris Doneski; granddaughter,Alexis Doneski; and brother Martin Coch.
Services for Anita Ann Apple will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove.
