Francisco Salinas, beloved Husband, Soldier, and Friend passed away on April 16, 2020 at his home in Kempner, Texas. He was born in Monterrey, Mexico on December 3, 1947 to the late Nicolas Salinas Pompa and Teodora Morales de Salinas. Francisco Salinas served in the United States Army achieving the rank of Captain before retiring after serving 20 years. He received his bachelor's degree before working on post, and then starting his own computer business.
He is survived by his wife lrmtraut B. Paladino-Salinas, and was preceded in death by his brother Gustavo Salinas and daughter Julia Ann Paladino, He leaves four brothers and their wives, Caesar and Edith Salinas, Rogelio and Esmerelda Salinas, Mario and Kim Salina, Nick and Eva Salinas, three sisters, Maria Salinas, Silvia Salinas, Laura Salinas, and his sisters-in-law Brenda Salinas and Dede Morton, his son Jesse Salinas, daughter Manuela Biewer, granddaughter Rebecca Hofmann, great grandchildren Amy Lynn and Lukas Hofmann, and numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, and lots of Friends.
