Joan was born on October 31, 1944 in Bremond, Texas to parents Lige Warhol and Rosie Galick.
Jesse was her everything and they were married for 59 years. She was a stay at home Military wife and loved all of her family on both sides. Joan was not materialistic but enjoyed all her makeup, jewelry and her clothes but at the end of the day they weren’t that important. However she never went anywhere without her make-up or decent clothes on regardless of where she was going. She enjoyed gardening in her yard and always saved food to feed her deer that would visit her. She cared for her outside cat and enjoyed music and dancing back in the day. Joan was funny, loving, compassionate, encouraging, supportive, God loving and had a Heart of Gold. Her smile was infectious and when she hugged you, you knew she loved you.
Joan didn’t have any children of her own but she loved children so much as well as all her nieces and nephews and friends children like her own.
